February 1st, 2025 - Submittal Cutoff Date

March 15th, 2025 - Authors are Notified of Acceptance

April 30th, 2025 - Deadline for Authors to Register for Conference

May 30th, 2025 - Hotel Cut-off Date

June 1st, 2025 - Presentations and Paper Submission Deadline

We would like to thank all the interested parties for submitting abstracts. We have received 100+ abstracts and are working on the program. Abstract authors have been notified of the status of their submission. If an author has not received a notification of their status, please email NDEinNuclear2025@epri.com.

Conference Papers & Presentations

Authors must register for the conference by April 30th, 2025, and book a hotel room by May 30th, 2025.

A full paper submission for the conference is not required. However, if an author chooses to submit a full paper, the paper will be published in the conference proceedings along with all abstracts and conference presentations.

The presentation and papers are due June 1st, 2025, and should be emailed to NDEinNuclear2025@epri.com. The presentations will last 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions).

Final versions of the accepted papers will be made freely accessible on NDT.net – Open Access Archive in a special issue of the e-Journal of Nondestructive Testing ISSN 1435-4934 (www.ndt.net/eJNDT)”.

Conference Registration

The NDE in Nuclear Conference has set conference affordability goals which are expected to attract participants from around the globe. Conference registration fees are as follows:

  • EPRI Staff - Complimentary
  • EPRI Members - Complimentary
  • Non-EPRI Members & General Public - $400/attendee
  • Guests/Spouses - $100/registered meeting attendee, regardless of the number of guests attending (There is no charge for guests of EPRI staff)

For those wishing to have a booth at the Exhibition, the fees are as follows:

  • Small Booth (8'x10') - $2,000
  • Large Booth (8'x20') - $3,750
