Pollinator Power Party Bioblitz 2024 Competition
We didn’t mean to, but we’ve created the World’s Largest Party Celebrating Pollinators! The Pollinator Power Party purpose is to increase awareness, distribute accurate science, and consider the connection between people and pollinators. Enabled by the collaborators of the EPRI Power-in-Pollinator Initiative and in collaboration with Pollinator Partnership and YOU, this virtual event brings experts on pollinators to your living room, board room and classroom. Now, in 2024 we are adding a Bioblitz with PRIZES!
Citizen scientists play an important role in wildlife observation and conservation efforts no matter what the species. The Pollinator Power Party BioBlitz invites anyone who is interested in building their wildlife observational skills to record pollinators in their areas. Researchers verify all observations and so we all can better understand species distribution and trends.
Here is how it works:
The person with the most observations in their region between May 1st and July 31, 2024 will receive $100.00 and a Pollinator Partnership artist-design 2024 T-shirt! You must be registered for the Pollinator Power Party to win. There will be one prize per geographic region: West, Southwest, Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, and Canada. The bioblitz is open to the United States and Canada. Prizes will be sent only within the United States and Canada.
